Due to the nature of our business, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for bookings except under the most exceptional circumstances.

However, we will do our utmost to re-accommodate you on a different date to ensure you don’t miss out.

Bad Weather:

Weather conditions are not always ideal, and as we operate in a location known for some of Yorkshire's most scenic and elevated views, we are naturally more exposed to the elements.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, as we remain ready to welcome you come wind, rain, or snow.

If extreme weather conditions create safety risks or prevent adequate staffing levels, we may need to close. In such rare cases, we will contact all booked parties to arrange alternative dates for your visit.

Change of plans:

We understand that plans can change, but we also need to prepare accordingly for your booking. If you need to reschedule, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.

  • Groups of fewer than 5 people: You may reschedule up to the day before your booking.

  • Groups of 5 or more people: Please notify us at least one week in advance, as staffing is arranged weekly.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once a date is selected, our "Change of Plans" and "Bad Weather" policies will apply.
